SQFT India is a real estate consultancy based in Mumbai, with offices across Gujarat and Maharashtra and a presence across the Indian market. They help buyers through property search, price negotiation, legal advice, and other integrated services. With that scale, their old website was holding the business back rather than representing it.
Project Brief
The brief was straightforward: modernise the website and add the functionality a real estate business at this scale actually needs, with room to grow further. We built on WordPress, combining pre-built and custom plugins to bring it closer to an enterprise-level platform, and designed separate landing pages for different property categories, both standard and premium listings. The site currently hosts more than 300 properties, and with its CRM integration, it’s built to scale toward listing thousands more as the business grows.
